Carrie Underwood - Carnival Ride, new cd Carrie Underwood became the fourth American Idol winner in May of 2005, then released a new single, "Inside Your Heaven," which went straight to No. 1. She has an album in the works, due out in November of 2005.

Carrie Underwood Featured Celebrity On June Reader's Digest Cover


NASHVILLE, TN (SONY BMG MUSIC Entertainment)– Carrie Underwood is the featured celebrity on the June cover of Reader's Digest. In the Face to Face question and answer profile 'America's Idol,' Underwood shares with the readers how she became the young woman she is today. What led her to American Idol, how she was raised, her tomboy childhood, the closeness she has with her mom and her fondness of animals.
Underwood sat for the interview in Nashville in March just 2 days after a 3-day press junket in New York City to debut her new single 'Don't Forget To Remember Me.'

Reader's Digest is the largest paid subscription magazine in the U.S. with a circulation of 10 million and readership close to 40 million. Issues are currently on stands.
